哈哈，首次使用电脑登录水产频道发个帖子纪念！

（老外的东西，本人英语不好，大家自己翻译吧！）

PL Quality Assessment Protocol

n
Gross examination: (in white bowl)

n
1. Size for PL12 P. vannamei
(>8mm, <300/g
about 0.003g)
n
2. Size variation (big and small)
n
3. Benthic behaviour
n
4. Swimming activity
n
5. Colour (red/black/brown)

n
Microscopic exam: (sample of 20-30 PL – scoring system)

n
1. HP (Full/dark, lipid vaculoles 10, if not 5 or 0)
n
2. Gut (Full, vacuoles, peristalsis 10, 5, 0)
n
3. Fouling (None 10, medium 5, heavy 0)
n
4. Deformity/necrosis (None 10, medium 5, heavy 0)
n
5. MGR in 6th Segment (>75% 10, 50-75% 5, <50% 0)
n
6. MBV by Malachite in HP (None 10, few 5, lots 0)

n
Scoring: Max 60, pass 50, if < 50 or more than 3 zeros: fail.

 Salinity stress test (300 PL at PL 10-12)
Either: transfer to freshwater for 30 minutes and then back to seawater for 30 minutes >75% OK
Or: 1:1 mix with freshwater and after 2 hours >90% OK

Vibrio bacteria examination
100 PL from tank, sterilize in alcohol, washed, ground up
Streaked by 1 sterile wire loop over TCBS and TSA plates
Incubate at 30-35oC for 18-24 hours
Green colonies <30/plate OK (preferably 0)
Yellow colonies <80/plate OK
No Luminescence on TCBS/TSA OK

PCR testing (for WSSV)
150 PL (preferably weakest shrimp)
Preserve in 70-95% alcohol or ship alive
Use 2-step, nested PCR test
If positive result – reject batch.

PL Nutrition
Make sure PL that are bought have been well fed, and have received plenty of artemia, HUFAs (esp. EPA, DHA and AA), Lecithin (1%), Cholesterol (1%) Choline chloride (0.1%), Vitamin C (1-3% AAP), Vitamin E (0.01%), Astaxanthin (0.01%) and probiotics (not antibiotics)
Such additions improve stress - resistance and grow-out production

我觉得虾苗的项目也就是这一些部分，其他的就是看你做到那一个深度！

呵呵，这些标准看似很简单，要都做到这些标准就不简单了！

很不错，至少有个标准程序了，我们中国人喜欢凭经验和感觉，西方人喜欢标准化，数量化，我倾向于后者，如果普遍实施这种标准，农民上当的可能性就大大降低了。

我同意你的看法，这是虾苗一般对健康及成长监控。如果能够把他普及在各个大虾苗场，我们的农民就有福了。
