　　食品安全是粮食安全和营养安全的关键内容，饲料质量安全是保障养殖产品安全和食品安全的第一道关口。由于行业门槛较低，产能过剩，恶性竞争带来的饲料安全隐患，给人类食品安全带了风险，同时给政府监管带来很大的困难。中国为世界水产养殖生产第一大国，同时也是饲料生产和使用大国，总体规模已位居全球第一位。和快速发展的水产养殖和饲料加工工业相矛盾，我国实际上是一个饲料资源和水资源均严重缺乏的国家。随着水产养殖业的发展，目前已经凸显的饲料资源缺乏问题将更加突出，优质替代蛋白源的深度开发利用势在必行。本次会议特邀请前国际鱼油鱼粉组织(IFFO)主席、现任欧洲和丹麦鱼油鱼粉协会主席Dr. Nils Christian Jensen与挪威生命科技大学Trond Stroebakken教授与会，就欧洲及全球鱼粉、鱼油加工和质量安全管理和及饲料加工和质量安全控制方面进行报告。此外，本次会议特邀请几位已经具有国际知名度的青年科研工作者，分享他们最新的学术思想和行业理念，敬请期待。
