质量经理/品控经理
岗位要求:
1. Bachelor Degree in Sciences (Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or similar);
2. Excellent write / read / speak fluent in English;
3. Degree in food Sciences or relevant work experiences (quality management, quality assurance, customer complaint or regulatory affairs);
4. Minimum 5-8 years’ work experience on food quality and safety area;
5. Experiences on customer complaint handling;
6. Familiar with ISO 9001, HACCP, quality &food safety system;
7. Strong audit skill;
8. Special training in QA and understanding of food hygiene and food safety systems; Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
9. Negotiation skills;
10. Good communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with customers and related function team;
11. Familiar about the main food safety, quality law, regulation and standard system of Europe, US, China, Process management;
12. Team-spirited;
13. Strong influencing skills;
14. Must be proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
15. Ability to work on various high priority projects simultaneously. A high degree of self-sufficiency is indispensable;

工作内容:
1. Process and manage technical requests regarding quality, food safety and regulatory compliance; Provide timely, sound feedback to internal and external customers.
2. Establish QA QC function with work plan, improve quality management system and provide strong quality support for development of business;
3. Coordinate the food safety and quality related communication & requirements among the manufacturing site; Coordinate subordinates’ work and ensure execution to meet targets;
4. Handle customer complaint for our products; focus on complaint communication, product quality issue/problem clarification, follow up on investigation and customer feedback.
5. Collect analysis, review and report the quality performance and customer feedback regularly.
6. Manage the related food safety and quality documentation for traded products. Localization or translate the quality related documentation based on customer requirement; confirm the specifications, COA and solve the problem that resulted by the different regulation/requirement between export and import area.
7. Work closely with regulatory affairs specialist on understanding the latest up to date mandatory requirements of region. Collect related documents and take lead for product registration in China, provide necessary support to the staffs of other regions for the production registration in authorities.
8. Coordinate and prepare monthly quality report.
9. Improve continuously for HSEQ (health, safety, and environment) in the site and make HSEQ annual plans and execute it together with HSE specialist support;
10. Conduct Food safety training for both internal and external customers, 3rd party contractors as required.
