国外治疗指环虫的药物和方法

The infestation is usually controlled by chemicals, such as praziquantel (Schmahl and Mehlhorn,
1985; Stetter et al., 2003), mebendazole (Buchmann et al., 1995), quinaldine (Crigel et al., 1995) and
toltrazuril (Schmahl and Mehlhorn, 1988). In China, praziquantel and mebendazole are commonly used.
国外常用的治疗指环虫的化学药物有：吡喹酮，甲苯咪唑，喹哪啶，甲苯三嗪酮；我国常用的是吡喹酮，甲苯咪唑。

Cumulative doses up to 10 mg praziquantel/l water were tolerated without side-effects by Angel Fish (Pterophyllum scalare), Discus, and a variety of catfish species (Ancistrus sp., Corydoras sp.). It was found appropriate to start with a dosage of 2.5 mg/l and to add the same dosage every other day several times. All adult parasites and larvae were killed by this treatment. For the complete elimination of the Dactylogyridae-population in a closed aquarium system, 3 therapy-cycles (duration: 5-6 d, accumulated dosage: 2.5 mg/l/d) prooved to be effective. It was important to interrupt the therapy-cycles with intervals without medication (1 to 4 weeks).
在不换水的养殖系统中，吡喹酮浸泡，浓度2.5g/立方米，隔一天用一次，连续使用3次可以杀灭所有的指环虫。
不过别人是针对热带观赏鱼，此方法仅供参考。

国标药中可用于杀灭指环虫的药物有：敌百虫、辛敌粉、甲苯咪唑、阿维菌素、依维菌素等，其中敌百虫、甲苯咪唑是常用的杀指环虫的药物，低温时期也常使用阿维菌素或依维菌素杀灭，不过效果不如敌百虫、甲苯咪唑好。非国标药中以有机硫类的药物可用于常规养殖鱼类的指环虫与三代虫的杀灭，但使用时需注意水质及天气，否则会产生药害事故，名优养殖鱼类不得使用有机硫类药物。鳗鱼养殖过程中常使用吡喹酮等药物。当然用药前先使用硫酸亚铁效果会更好。

阿维菌素、依维菌素是链霉菌的发酵产物，广普杀虫，对单殖吸虫的杀灭效果不好；
甲苯咪唑的效果最好，但是该药对鱼体的损失也最大，容易引起鱼类死亡；
其实，只有吡喹酮相对安全、效果好；
如果你硫酸铜+硫酸亚铁合剂定期施用，也应该有较好的效果，只是没有人实验，因为指环虫的刚孵化出来的是纤毛幼虫，具有感染能力，存活的时间最多也只有几天，而硫酸铜铁合剂对纤毛幼虫有较好的杀灭作用。如果能把握好指环虫的发育规律（显微镜下看虫体的成熟程度），适时的施用硫酸铜铁合剂，应该能起到较好的控制作用。

其实也有些无鳞鱼用甲苯咪唑的，比如鳗鱼，另外黄颡鱼等用敌百虫还很安全。

在实践中，杀指环虫的药物是敌百虫加面碱效果就挺好，当然经常换一换其他药品更好。
