个人简介：



Gatlin博士

    美国德克萨斯农工大学野生动物与鱼类科学系教授，一位出色的鱼类营养科学家，美国渔业协会、世界水产养殖协会、美国营养科学协会的成员，主要从事水产动物营养方面研究。Gatlin博士毕业于德克萨斯农工大学，并获得渔业/水产养殖理学学士学位，后从密西西比州立大学获生化营养学博士学位。Gatlin博士现任《水产养殖》杂志营养方向主编，鱼类营养需求及虾营养委员会委员。曾发表超过190篇专业论文及16本专业著作。

Mian Riaz博士：

    自从1992年在缅因大学获得食品科学博士学位，Mian Riaz已经成为食物蛋白质研究的领军人物。
    他发表在许多期刊和科学杂志上的文章,主要内容包括大豆原料的健康烘焙和在大豆在谷物食品中作为功能性食品。

    Mian现在担任挤出技术项目的负责人及德克萨斯州的德克萨斯农工大学的食品蛋白质研究和开发中心副研究员。作为挤出技术的领袖,他研究了挤压过程与休闲食品、油种子加工、水产饲料和生物可降解材料的关系。他的其他专业兴趣包括营养食品和功能食品、宗教和种族食物,植物蛋白组织化和粮食副产品的回收。

    Mian Riaz博士也是一个在食品科技研究所、美国谷物化学家协会、美国石油化学家学会等协会的活跃成员。

请教Gatlin博士，对荷兰泰高的“替代鱼粉微平衡技术”怎么看？该技术的核心在何处？一直不解，既然是“可以替代鱼粉”又为何不能在所有品种的配方中都能使用（例如可以用在三文鱼而不能用在对虾料）？
请教Riaz博士，通过生产工艺的手段，有何种方法可以提高膨化鱼粮的透水速度和软化速度？非常感谢两位专家！

不好意思各位，小编没有交代清楚。
届时小编会与两位专家一起与大家进行交流。
翻译方面，美国动物蛋白及油脂提炼协会李鹏博士届时会友情帮忙翻译，所以大家不用担心。
